Troubleshooting

Program doesn't Connect

if your profile isn't showing at the presence tab
then the program isn't connected to your discord client. join our discord for help
Note: PresenceX doesn't work on web version!!!

Activity doesn't show up on Profile

Starting with the obvious, make sure your not on "Invisible" Status; you can change it from bottom left (↙) by clicking your name then change status to something other then Invisible.

If that didn't help, make sure you didn't disallow discord from displaying presence.
You can check this by going to Settings then on Activity Settings press on Activity Privacy tab, lastly on Activity Status turn on Display current activity as a status message.

Using mutliple Discord Clients

Current isn't suported but if enough people request it on discord, i will add native support. request it on discord if ou want.
